Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the Inspector AI service ("Service") operated by The Inspector AI, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

The Service is an autonomous SEO agent for WordPress websites, powered by third-party AI models. It installs as a WordPress plugin, pairs with our hosted Orchestrator, and proposes or applies SEO improvements within a budget you set.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

• You will not use the Service to generate spam, malware, illegal content, or content that violates others' intellectual property.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our Orchestrator.
• You will not exceed your subscribed AI budget via abusive means.
• You will not resell the Service without a written Agency agreement.

5. Fees and billing

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Taxes (including Israeli VAT where applicable) are additional. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods, except where required by consumer protection law (EU: 14-day right of withdrawal applies for individual consumers).

6. AI content

The Service uses large language models to generate content suggestions and to write text (titles, meta descriptions, alt-text, schema, and optionally full pages). Generated content may occasionally contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before it is published, especially in semi-auto mode. In full-auto mode, you accept that content publishes without your per-item approval, and you retain rollback rights.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to your website content. You grant us a limited license to process your content to operate the Service. We do not train AI models on your content. We do not sell your content.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on Google Gemini API, payment processors (Stripe, Green Invoice), and infrastructure providers (Hetzner, Cloudflare). Outages or pricing changes in these services may affect our Service. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability and to notify you of material changes.

9. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PARTICULAR SEO OUTCOMES, SEARCH RANKINGS, OR TRAFFIC INCREASES. SEARCH ENGINE ALGORITHMS CHANGE; WE OPTIMIZE, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Inspector AI harmless from claims arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Legal-page generation disclaimer

The Service can generate starter legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms, Accessibility Statement, Cookie Policy) for your website. These are starting points only and may require review by qualified legal counsel, especially in regulated industries (health, finance, minors, public sector). You are solely responsible for the legal pages published on your website.

13. Termination

You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your site keeps every change the agent made; our Orchestrator deletes your account data within 30 days.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. For disputes with consumers in the EU, mandatory local consumer protection law also applies. Courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
